As a Lead Developer, you'll play a key role in meeting client demand and helping transition us into a solutions integrator. You'll lead specialised teams, work on diverse projects, and have access to mentoring and online training resources.

The Role

• Lead and deliver software development projects across mobile, desktop, IoT, and AI.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and manage sprint tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with other developers, providing guidance and resolving technical issues.
• Engage in client meetings and contribute to successful project deliveries.

The Person

• Minimum of three years’ full-stack development experience, with a passion for technology.
• Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
• Outgoing and proactive, with a willingness to share ideas and engage in team discussions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject is ideal but not essential; experience is prioritised over qualifications.
